Requirements

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate and a minimum of N3 theory in Carpentry or an equivalent relevant qualification; and A recognised Trade Test Certificate in Carpentry and Woodwork; A minimum requirements of 2 years’ experience in general carpentry maintenance and repairs in a hospital or maintenance environment. A valid South African Code B driver's license will be an added advantage; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet prescribed deadlines; and Willingness to perform standby, overtime, weekend and public holiday duties when required.
