Requirements
The successful candidate should have Grade 12 Certificate plus a National Diploma/ Degree (NQF level 6/7) in Sports and Recreation/Sports Science/ Exercise Science/ Physical Education/Sports Development/Sports Administration or relevant qualification. A minimum of 3 - 5 yearsβ experience in supervisory level and relevant experience in middle management (ASD) level and relevant experience in sport and recreation environment. Valid driverβs license. Skills: Communication skills, Presentation skills, Budgeting, Research, Analytical thinking, Interpersonal Skills and Project Management Skills Knowledge: Government policies and programmes, Knowledge of Sport and Recreation, Regulations and procedures in required environment, Finance, and HR Matters.
