There is a one-month compulsory training held in Bizana for new franchisees .This is to ensure the commitment to quality and consistency.
Training program is as follows.

Eligibility: TNET Africa established a comprehensive franchisee selection process to identify suitable entrepreneurs. We evaluate applicants based on their entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to the TNET brand, alignment with the company’s values, relevant skills ( ICT skills and Business management and Marketing /sales qualifications ) and experience in ICT and sales field . This process includes interviews, background checks, and reference checks to ensure the suitability of potential franchisees.
